Consultation, Design & Event Planning
- Contact us for an initial consultation via phone or in office, we can put together a quote then we can follow up with an in person site visit if needed to assure size and fit of the tent and other items for you needs.
- Consultation and Event Planning secondary to the initial consultation is dependent upon the scope of the project. Additional fees may apply
Set Up Service
- Special Events will set all of our tents, dance floor, staging and lighting. Tables, chairs and linens are placed under the tent but are not set up. We can provide this set up service for an additional fee.
Permit & Code Compliance
- Special Events Tent & Party Rentals can secure necessary permits required by some locals. Customer must request this service well in advance to the event.
Event Layouts with Party CAD
- We can create Party CAD drawings for a layout of your event to assist you invisioning the arrangement of tables, dance floor, staging etc. Reviewing the layout in advance reduces the likelihood of last minute crises and changes.
- Initial CAD drawings are complimentary.
- Extensive planning to accommodate expanded scope of events may result in additional charges.
- Special Events will deliver ordered items to a previously agreed upon drop-off site. The customer is responsible for the site to be prepared and ready for our delivery, this includes grass being cut where tent would be set up, moving any items before our arrival that would hinder our delivery. The delivery area must be within 100 feet of our vehilces parking.
- Additional fees may apply when the delivery site involves transporting equipment beyond the delivery point
